Acquisition Financing:

If a firm needs financing to acquire a business, we will endeavor to arrange working capital lines, senior debt, subordinated debt, or equity financing. Consulting Services:

Talisman works with growth companies to raise capital and create liquidity through the public (equity) markets. We consult to prepare the entire Public Offering, including the valuation, the offering document, and subscription agreements. In addition, we arrange for the audit and legal opinion letters. Finally, we secure the public relations, investor relations, and the market makers. For corporate and municipal debt we act as the Financial Advisor in bond transactions and secure the Broker Dealers.

Corporate Finance:

We assist in secured debt loans for working capital, expansion, refinancing, re capitalization, revolving term loans, equipment loans and leasing. Also, machinery and equipment loans on a stand-alone basis or in conjunction with revolving loans; and stand-alone real estate term loans in conjunction with revolving lines of credit. Amounts are restricted only by cash flow and security.

The most important aspect of a business-plan is implementation. Execution of a well-developed strategic plan is critical to the success of a business. Not only do we consult to prepare the offering document, we structure the financing and arrange for the sale of the units to raise the monies required.
